Refund and Cancellation Policy
Return Policy
The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- All tags must be attached and the product should be in its original condition.
- All packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other related papers must be included.
Refund Policy
Once we have successfully received your returned product, La Belle will promptly initiate a refund. We'll ensure the funds are returned via your original payment method or any other refund method supported by La Belle, based on your preference. Our aim is to make this process as smooth as possible for you.
Service Provider Company Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of service providers, we strictly adhere to a No Refund and No Cancellation policy once the payment has been made.
Cancellation Policy
- An order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If the order has been processed after 24 hours, we will not be able to entertain any cancellation requests.
Shipping & Delivery Policies
La Belle ships its products to almost all parts of India.
- Orders placed will be shipped within 4 days. We do not ship on Sundays and National Holidays.
- For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time will be within 3 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and other holidays).
- For other areas, the products will be shipped through La Belle and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.
Please note that there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unforeseen and uncontrollable logistics challenges. La Belle is not liable for these delays, and we request our users' cooperation as we continuously strive to mitigate such instances.
La Belle reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable. We will refund the amount paid for the cancelled product(s) to your source account.
